Tip #14
Sometimes you will find that when you are cutting with the Nestibilities Dies, the cut paper is hard to remove. Try including a piece of wax paper when you are cutting out image. The wax paper will help lubricate the metal die.
Tip #13
Here is a fabulous idea for storing the blending sponges that you use with the Tim Holtz blending applicator and Distress Inks. Place a piece of velcro (Dollarama sells it) on the bottom side of the distress ink. When you are finished with that specific colour, then just remove the sponge from the blending tool and attach it to the bottom of the ink pad. Now you will always have a sponge at hand for that colour of ink!

Tip #12
Are you confused about all the different ink pads? Here is a link that will explain the DIFFERENCE BETWEEN INKS
Tip #11
To put holes for brads in a straight line, or for faux sewing, use plastic embroidery canvas, a thumbtack or piercer and a scrap of fun foam or mouse pad. Use the canvas holes as a guide.
Tip #10
Short on paper? Cut out the parts of your background paper or photo mats that will be covered up. This also keeps your project from getting too bulky.
Tip #9
If you would like to use a sticker as 3-D embellishment than all you have to do rub powder or flour on the back of the sticker to enable the adhesive. Add some pop-dots and you have a 3-D embellishment!
Tip #8
I love to use the Tim Holtz medallion die cut strip to make wonderful flowers, but had trouble keeping the flower together. I discovered that using Glossy Accents by Ranger does the trick! Use it to hold the accordion strip ends together and then fill the centre hole with the Glossy Accents for a solid flower!
Tip #7
When using a border punch, start in the center of the cardstock strip. This
will help keep the cardstock straight and make both ends even
Tip #6
Want to add more dimension to an embossed glossy paper. Sand it slightly and then apply alcohol inks. The inks will absorb into the places that were sanded.
Tip #5
Sometimes soap and water just won't get your craft mat clean. Use Hand Sanitizer to clean your craft mats. The Hand Sanitizer will remove inks, etc.
Tip #4
A coffee filter works great as a glitter tray. Just flatten the filter with your hands, place your project that you want to glitter on top, sprinkle the glitter, remove the project, fold the filter to create a funnel, pour the excess glitter back in the jar. Toss the filter way!
Tip #1
If you are trying to punch out a shape out of a small piece of paper, attach the paper to a the sticky part of a Post-it note. This will give you the extra length in paper that you need and act as a "handle".
